Center programs include;

  •  a food pantry open four days a week
  • a noontime meal twice a week
  • a furniture program
  • a clothes closet
  • a G.E.D. program
  • back-to-school supplies

If you would like to know more about the Center or become involved in its activities please call or visit our web site.

"To love God and neighbor is not something abstract, but profoundly concrete: it means seeing in every person the face of the Lord to be served, (and) to serve him concretely.”

(Pope Francis, Address during Visit at the Homeless Shelter “Dona Di Maria,” 5/21/13)

Our Sponsors
None of the work of SJSA Center would be possible without the ongoing support of our sponsors, our runners and our countless volunteers.  As you may know, there are only two paid staff members and literally hundreds of volunteers from all over the Capital Region.  Without their continued involvement the Center would cease to function.  And so, a huge thank you to all: sponsors, runners and volunteers.  And please patronize our sponsors.
